At ZERO Electric Scooters, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your scooter in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Scooter
Ensure the scooter is clean, deactivated, and packed securely in its original factory packaging with all chargers, manuals, and tools included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend retaining your tracking receipt for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
